BlueLux Pools provides premium fiberglass pool installation, renovation, and remodeling services across Texas, including but not limited to:

  • Custom fiberglass pool design and installation
  • Pool renovation and resurfacing
  • Pool remodeling and upgrades
  • Gunite application and restoration
  • Pool deck and surrounding area construction
  • Equipment installation and replacement
  • Lighting and automation systems
  • Waterfall and water feature installation
  • Pool maintenance and repair services
  • Consultation and design services

3. Quotes and Estimates

3.1 Quote Requests

When you request a quote or estimate through our website or by contacting us, we will provide an estimated cost based on the information you provide. All quotes are subject to:

  • On-site inspection and measurements
  • Soil testing and property assessment
  • Final design specifications
  • Material and labor costs at the time of contract execution
  • Permit requirements and regulatory compliance

3.2 Quote Validity

Quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, material availability, and other factors beyond our control.

3.3 No Obligation

Requesting a quote does not obligate you to proceed with our services, and providing a quote does not obligate us to perform services until a formal contract is executed.

4. Contracts and Agreements

All pool installation, renovation, and remodeling projects require a written contract signed by both parties. The contract will include:

  • Materials to be used and their specifications
  • Total project cost and payment schedule
  • Estimated timeline and completion date
  • Warranty terms and conditions
  • Cancellation and modification policies
  • Terms for handling changes and additional work

4.2 Contract Modifications

Any modifications to the original contract must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Change orders may result in adjustments to the project cost and timeline.

4.3 Client Responsibilities

By entering into a contract with BlueLux Pools, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and requirements
  • Obtain necessary approvals from homeowner associations or governing bodies
  • Ensure access to the work site during scheduled work hours
